Where to find a good pair of boots?

I really like the tall boots trend, the ones that go right below your knee, but I can never seem to find the perfect fit, it's either too big for the calf or the ankle. What are some good stores I can find a nice pair of boots? My max price is around $80.

I'm in opinion a good pair of boot are the ones that are sewed around not glued bc they don't come apart easily. But keep in that those arent cheap. I would say cavenders is a good place to start.

Kohls has some awesome tall boots! I love kohls and they have the cutest shoes!

I like kohls as well but it depends if you want boots for fashion or function - I personally prefer function when I'm walking calf deep in snow so I buy snow boots online usually through Amazon and look for good traction with warmth - I also like companies like REI, lands end, and Columbia - they make good cold weather clothes and boots
