What are the best lipsticks to get for this time of year I'm not really sure.

I think that really depends on your preference, and where you are. For example, I'm in Miami, and my favorite color to wear this time of year is orange, like Lime Crime Pumpkin! I'm not a huge fan of red lipstick in general, however, so I tend to avoid that (especially since I feel like it looks too Christmas-y!), but I do really enjoy deeper shades of purple or berry, like Anastasia's Potion, Bite's Black Cherry or Tom Ford's Temptation Waits (which is more brown toned but still beautiful).
