Hey beauties!!
I'm in need of new eyeliner. Confused either to get gel or liquid. I've been using liquid from the very start but getting more into gel now, I would also like to add that I don't use eyeliner much often so it's most likely to end up being dried in my storage xD ; which ones expected to dry up more quickly. And also any of the brands if you guys would recommend??

Honestly, it's mostly up to you. Which kind of application do you find you like a lot better? Gel of liquid? Personally I go do liquid, but that's because that's what I'm used to and what I like best. I also don't use eyeliner very much. Eyeliner though tends not to dry up very fast at all, depending on how often you use it. I recommend for eyeliners on the cheaper side, the NYX classic liquid liner and the Maybelline two time liner, (which has a pencil on one end and liquid on the other). I'd say just go to Ulta to look around :)

I'm only concerned about liquid as I've never used gel but I'm really getting into trying gel now :D. Btw, thanks Kathryn :)

If you don't use it very often I suggest the Wet n Wild Megaliner. It's pigmented, the applicator is decent, and it's cheap.

I love the NYX Collection Noir Black Liquid Eyeliner. It lasts all day and its immensely greater than anything I've tried.

I have had a lot of problems with the wet n wild eyeliner, I have very oily, hooded eyes, and even with primer and set with a mattifying (sp) power, it smudged SO BAD, I had it on for like 30-45 minutes, didn't touch my face, and it was EVERYWHERE!! Although, as for liquid liner, I got a sample of the Eyeco liquid liner(I'm not sure of the exact name...) I have yet to do a wing with it, I will have to let you know how that goes... but the eyeco one stays for a good amount of time, I have a waterproof eyeliner from essence, and it came off like immediately,

Lainee makes a good point, Hera. What type of eyelids do you have? Are they oily, etc.?

Eyeco sounds a new brand to me :D.. sorry don't have much brands over here where I live... but thanks a bunch @Lainee :)
my lids are basically okay lol like I don't find them oily or hard to apply or staying for any types of liner if that makes sense :D...

@Danica is it easy to apply and I've heard gel ones dry way too fast if that's some kind of myth :D and does it comes with an applicator?? thanks though :)

The Physician's Formula Eye Booster black liquid liner pen is excellent. It has a great formula and a super precise tip that is easy to use. For a gel liner I'd recommend trying the Nyx gel eyeliner in Betty. It costs around $7 and it's really nice! :)
