So usually when I shave my legs everything goes well, I don't really exfoliate and That but my legs always turned out perfectly smooth, but since 3 ish months ago whenever I shave my legs I always gets spots, like white heads and get lumps whenever I shave, why is this happening? I've been changing razors and trying new ones But I just don't know why it's doing this since it's never happened before?

Maybe you are getting ingrown hairs. Exfoliate and use Eucerin lotion

Definitely try exfoliating, and make sure you moisturize your legs every day - I have the same problem I know it sucks. I find a dry brush is pretty good for exfoliating. If that's not enough, check out the shaving creams (not foams) at your drugstore. There should be some that come as an actual cream, rather than a gel or foam, which I have found more success with.
