Use a nude or a white color to do your waterline or tightline. It works miracles.

Nude eyeliner in the water line is a great trick to open up eyes. For hooded eyes, I use a transition shade that is similar to the skin tone above the crease, but not all the way up to the brow bone. Then I place the crease color a little above the natural socket bone. I use matte shades. I will use shimmer on the lid, typically on the inner third (closest to the tear duct). Light colors pull things forward, dark colors recede. So using a deeper color on the hooded area causes it to recede. You want to avoid shimmer on the brow bone as it's the most prominent part of a hooded eye. It would give the illusion that your eye is all brow bone. I like to tightline. I don't want to waste lid space with liner- I keep it close to the lash line. You are very pretty by the way- I love your hair! Hope these tips help.

Try doing white water liner and using lengthening mascara or false lashes.
