Homecoming hair and makeup.

I have homecoming this Friday night. My dress is white with black flowers and designs at the bottom of the skirt (it's A-Line). Then I have silver wedges as shoes. How should I do my hair and makeup for it? My hair is long, a little above my waist and elbows. It straight with a slight wave to it. Thanks for your help!
