Cut it!! If it's damaged your hair will look healthier and it's a nice change, it will always grow back.

Haha there is no such thing as volume no matter how short my hair is. It is that straight. I ended up getting 10 inches off but it is will longer than in those photos. Thanks for the input!

No damage, I have super healthy hair even with the super length. But gosh it feels good to be shorter!

If your hair is super heAlthy don't cut them.. give a cut of 2 inch or so n make some (3-4) layers..it will look damn good.

Man your hair is soooooo straight you know how they always say you want what you don't have well I have curly hair that's like not even hair it has a mind of its own I'd kill for sleek straight healthy hair like you! one thing that would maybe add just a little texture is getting a stacked lob or having the hair dresser put in some layers using a razor? my mom has straight hair and that's what she gets done because she's obsessed with the piecey choppy look and it looks good on straight fine hair like urs! buttttt man if it was me I'd leave it how it is its so pretty!
