I would be careful with Vaseline by the eyes... it is a sealant and the petroleum will allow bacteria to evade your eye.

Try castor oil instead, just put some along your lash line

Do not use Vaseline on your lashes! As Lisa said, it's a sealant and not a moisturizer so it can clog your pores and even your tear duct. See a doctor and get a prescription for a lash growth product instead.
