Matte lipsticks & lip stain?

So I'm looking for a matte neutral lipstick & a lipstain. I want a lipstain that is neutral as well. Work is overwhelming so I want something natural that lasts the whole day so I won't have to re apply. I don't really care about the price as long as its worth it!
