Which is best? Liquid concealer or the little lipstick one? And green or skin tone?

It really depends on what you're using it for and what you like. Green concealers are meant to counter redness, so you could use that on blemishes or red areas.

I've found that applying concealer after my foundation makes it last longer. I have combination skin and I use the lipstick kind and put loose powder over it to set it and it lasts all day!
