Thank you Christina lol and Courtney sounds like she has some pretty good info for you. I'd go check that place out if I were you.

I've gone to shops in Toronto that likely wouldn't charge more than $80 for it.

However why Arabic?
Why not just get it in English?

Thanks for all the advice and comments. Anchor Ink was one of the top places on my list so thanks for letting me know more Courtney B.! I choose the language because its so beautiful and for some reason it's always spoken to me in a delicate way.

I heard that saran wrap encourages infection because it traps moisture, heat, and bacteria against the wound without access to air. I got a proper bandage on mine and would never advocate saran wrap just because of the risk. A tattoo is a wound, and an infection can kill you if you aren't careful! Otherwise, I completely agree with everything else posted here. Please show us a photo when it is all done! :)

That's why we encourage good cleaning and proper care of you tattoo. you don't LEAVE the saran wrap on it for more then 24 hours. people don't take good care of their tattoos that why they get infected. Not because of saran wrap. you have to trap moisture in so when it heals most of the ink stays in the skin and doesn't come up with the dry skin aka scab.

You have a valid point tho. It can easily get infected if not changed and cleaned ever so often, but not because of saran wrap, just neglect to the wound (tattoo). Take care of your tattoos properly during the healing process and they can last a long time. not to mention lotion when its completely healed every other day doesn't hurt either :)

No shops around where I live use Saran anymore. Or if they do they tell you not to leave it on for over an hour.
