I use Kat Von D Tattoo Liner but I'm thinking I want to give something else a try.
I've also used the Stilla one (can't remember what it's called).

Anywho,
What are some of you favorites?
I'm open to liquid, gel, & creme.
I want really pigmented black liner that doesn't smudge.

I also own KVD Tattoo Eyeliner and it's a great one! But I also use the Inglot gel liner and it's also a great option. It's very pigmented, lasts all day and it will smudge if you touch or rub your eyes but it's normal. Just make sure that you get a nice angled brush ;)

Try the tarte clay paint liner, it's long lasting, super black and shouldn't smudge.

I use Inglot's Gel Liner in no. 77 which is a gorgeous matte black. Mine stays on all day, and the pot brings a generous amunt of product for a great cost. I use my Billy B brush no. 9 to apply it!
