Any good hair masks?

I'm growing my hair and it's about to my shoulder blades maybe, my hair dresser says I have shiny, healthy hair. I don't use heat often, wash it once a week and apply oil to the ends when it's slightly damp. I was just wondering if they're was any hair masks that anyone could recommend? Just to help keep it healthy and if it's okay to apply oil to my ends through the week, when I don't wash it. Thanks! :)

Another vote for Brigeo- I got it as a 100 pt perk at Sephora and it's amazing. My hair is thick but fine so a lot of masks can weigh it down but this one left my hair silky, bouncy and shiny.
