I always wear a nice dress, or a maxi skirt with a cute top, and sandles:-) as for what to get her... I would say look on her registry if she's registered, and if not, a cute outfit, and a pack of pacifiers, and of course diapers xp

I would wear jeans or capris with a nice top just because some of the baby shower games aren't as much fun in a dress.
