Cetaphil skin cleanser is a really good and moisturizes as well but as for a moisturizer alone I would say Garnier rescue gel moisturizer!

Purity by Philosophy actually contains drying sulfates in it. Its actually second in the ingredients list. Dry skin aches for moisture so I would go with a cream based cleanser that does not suds up followed by a soothing alcohol free toner. Philosophy does have some great moisturizers for dry skin as mentioned in a above response. Also, Aveeno has a dry skin formula that is good as well.

I have serious dry skin, so my top 2 tips are no foaming cleansers and pile on a ton of moisturizer. When you think you have enough on, add another layer.
I did a blog post last month on what I do to survive the winter with my dry skin intact.
The only thing I'll add is coconut oil is awesome. I just bought some last week and I like it a lot.

I am currently using cosmedicine 2 in 1 cleanser/toner and Mario badescu caviar night cream and before makeup I use simple extra moisturizing lotion.

Use an oil cleanser at night and a light cleansing wash in the morning. Use a good organic cream and serum during the day if you need both.

Philosophy Purity Made Simple cleanser and Hope in a Jar. I believe they also have a version of hope in a jar for really dry skin, but you might find the normal formula is enough.
