I have really dry skin as well, and I just recently started using Nip and Fab Dragon Blood Plumping Serum, it actually keeps my skin looking hydrated all day. I use it under makeup and at nighttime. At night, I cleanse my face as usual and use the serum followed by my Pur Soak It Up moisturizer. The Dragons Blood Serum is around $20 Canadian and I get mine from Shoppers Drug Mart but you can purchase it online as well :)

I use a variety of cleansers depending on my mood and skin needs. Here are some of my go-tos.
*Yes to Coconuts Melting Cleansing Balm
*Yes to Coconuts Micellar Water
*Burts Bees Cleansing Oil
*Bobbi Brown Cleansing Oil
*Simple Exfoliating Cleansing Wipes (they don't contain any cleanser, but they are textured on one side, so they give a gentle, cleansing exfoliation.
If you notice, I use mostly "natural" products, which I think something to consider when you're pregnant.

I have normal to dry skin that became very dry when I experienced my first real winter recently. I double cleanse- first Pixi Nourishing Cleansing Balm and then Korres Greek Yoghurt cleanser- love this combo. I then use a gentle toner, Indie Lee CoQ10- then serum. I'm loving Algenist Power Recharge Pressed Serum concentrate. Then oil- Indie Lee Squalane or Sunday Riley Juno- then my moisturizer, Dr Jart Ceramidin cream is a favorite. Since you are pregnant, my recommendations are free of retinoids since you should consult a physician before using them while expecting. I'm not sure about chemical exfoliation while pregnant- a gentle physical exfoliant is Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant. I use Kate Somerville ExfoliKate gentle- but it's a mix of manual and chemical.
Congrats on your pregnancy 💛

Apply a mixture of curd and turmeric. Since you are pregnant, I prefer you to go with homemade remedies.

I've been enjoying marula oil and/or squalane underneath Paula's Choice body butter. The first two you can get on amazon/the Ordinary at a good price, and the PC body butter comes in a nice sized 4 oz tube. I find they're fine for facial usage as well.
