I am looking for a foundation that has good coverage.. good enough to cover acne and under eye circles but I also want the foundation to be natural or nice looking. not cakey. I have oily skin on my t-zone and my cheeks are dry. Any recommendations? I am also trying not to spend a lot of money on foundation. Maybe $30 and under? also primer and concealer recommendations would be good (:

I recommend the Hourglass Mineral Veil primer. Nice and silky and doesn't break me out. The travel size is only $20 and lasted me 6 months.

I haven't found any "holy grail" drugstore products however I know NARS and urban decay both make their concealers in travel size which should be $10/15 so maybe you could try those.
The only foundation that's under $30 that I would maybe recommend is Mac studio fix fluid. When using a brush I found it streaky and application was awful but I really liked it when I used my beauty blender.

Thank you Dana. I don't use that much concealer so the travel size might be good for me. I will look into that. Would you say NARS or Urban Decays concealer is better? or are they equally as good?

I don't have a foundation recommendation in your budget but I agree with Dana on the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer, I only buy the travel size because a little goes a long way and it has great pigmentation and staying power but the travel size only comes in 2 shades, Vanilla and Custard. For primer I agree with Melanie on the Hourglass primer, it's my holy grail and one pump is enough for your entire face so it lasts awhile (:

Loreal true match is my go to foundation :) and for concealer, the maybe line age rewind is the BEST I have tried to date, covers everything and I have really bad under eye circles (can pack layers on without it getting cakey too). I set this all with a light layer of covergirl radiance powder in the T zone. Recently, I bought Loreals CC cream in anti-redness (it is green in colour) and I am using it under my liquid foundation (it is green and wig skin warmth turns into your skin colour) and it reduces so much redness prior to foundation (sometimes I've even used it alone for a really natural look). A wonderful primer (which is quite moisturising but not oily) is the Nude by Nature one. I have found this combination of products to work beautifully in both winter and summer and both when my skin is dry or oily. :)

A cheaper option for primer is Nyx, or BH cosmetics... But my favourite is still the Nude by Nature one.

I abandoned a drawer full of foundations for rcma. it is 27$ for the full size, 18$ for the half. you can get samples for 1$ and 3$ shipping from the site. pros have been using it on celebrities for ages. there is a wide range of shades and the customer service is very helpful in narrowing down which would be good for you. it does not need a primer and it is 50% pigment so it doubles as a concealer. you need the smallest amount of product and a half ounce I got about 6 months ago is barely half gone after almost daily use. it does beautifully on my dry skin and it covers absolutely everything. it looks so natural too. I can wear it in patches over bad spots and not notice where it starts or ends. it's got a castor oil base so it does well on oily skin too with a bit of powder over it. though if you are a grease puddle I would suggest cinema secrets or Graftobian instead, which are similar products but don't work as well on dry skin.

For foundation the L'Oreal true match it is medium almost full and layer able
concealer I love the maybeline fit me or L'Oreal true match
for primer I love the catrice cosmetics one they have a one for dry skin oily skin and a bluring one they are great and very cheap hope this will help

Chi Chi foundations are really great, I have more dry skin and this one doesn't dry me out at all I think its called fresh and flawless - something along those lines and its $30 at target.
for a concealer I don't think you can get any better than maybelline fit me concealer!! its bomb! and I think its only like $15 max
maybe for primer you could try just using an oil free moisturiser - I'm not a big believer in primer unless its specifically for colour correcting, or filling in pores or illuminating. but in saying that Australis have a nice soothing primer called something along the lines or acne. its green and its a gel and its nice and refreshing :) hope this helped!

Since you're more on the oily side.
I'd recommend the MAC Studio Fix Fluid. It retails at $28 with medium to full coverage.
The RCMA is good too but it only comes in half an ounce I believe. It's more for normal to dry skin in most instances. I have oily skin and had to really set it but still looked shiny. You'd have to get a specific powder for it to not look shiny. In most vids people get away with using a TINY amount of product but that tiny amount is light/medium coverage IMO. So you'd need more for full coverage but definitely not as much compared to a liquid.
As for primer, you can go with the travel size smashbox photo finish light (water proof one) for 15-16 for.5oz or the silicone based MAC Matte which is $20 for I think.7 or.8oz
I prefer the smashbox for liquids and the MAC one for powders when it comes to oily skins.
As for concealer, I don't know any in that budget that give fuller coverage but I like the MAC Studio Finish concealer. It's $20 but you get a lot of product so I would say it's worth the extra $5 and you don't need to use as much due to it being a cream rather than liquid

Loreal infallible 24 hour full coverage foundation is getting quite good reviews for combo skin. long wear and good coverage. check out Tati's review at YouTube.
primer - I have oily skin and I love Becca ever matte primer but its expensive.
concealer - maybelline age rewind or maybelline fit me

Omg aurora I am so sad they discontinued the 1 oz pots from under my nose! they used to have 3/8 oz and 1 oz pots as well as the 1/2 oz but must be focusing on their palettes and other more pro geared products more heavily.
