How to fix pool hair?

Working as a lifeguard/Swim Instructor I need to be in the pool around three days a week. My hair is usually chlorinated and is getting very dry. How can I help my hair without wearing a swim cap??

You can use coconut or any natural oil to coat the strands, that helps to protect it, but other than that I don think there's much you can do, maybe shampoo less then you usually would and condition it more often.

AG Hair has a really nice keratin repair mask, I would recommend giving that a try and using it once a week :)
