Yay I love mine. It doesn't hurt wen it's healing you get a lil lump on it but it goes away and I have a lubret bar in mine so the back of its flat and it doesn't annoy me at all.

I love mine and I didn't think it hurt in relation to other piercings I have. and yes, I got the keloid bump too, but my piercer who is an RN told me to put tea tree oil on it once a night for a week and then every other night until it was fully gone. :)

I've got mine done didn't think it hurt much at all really, currently got a horseshoe ring in mine as my labret bar is to long :)

I've had my cartilage and pierced and I have my industrial piercing also .it just seems like it would hurt a great deal more for the tragus :o and y'all are so helpful <3. I like the idea of the flat back one!!!
And another thing does not hurt were one can sleep on that ear?????

You Should Get It, It Doesn't Hurt Too Bad. I Got A Double Tragus And The Second One Hurt. Lol But In The End Its Super Cute.
