What's the best cleaner for oily faces? My face is oily and has red bumps on it. PLEASE! I have a dance coming up and I want my skin to look good! D:

I use spectro gel and spectro cream! It works great. You'll be able to tell a difference in like 3 days of washing in the morning And at night:)
