I How to get a clear, smooth face?

I'm tired of going back and forth with my face. I'll try a product to clear my acne, it'll work for a few weeks, and then it just stops working. It's as if my skin becomes immune to the product. Idk what else to do. I'm so frustrated :/ any tips?
