i love wearing lipstick but it comes off so easily, it's so annoying! Do you guys know what will make it stay on all day or any tips?

I usually use a lip primer to keep my lipsticks put. I just use an ELF lip primer.
You could also use a lip liner to keep it put.

I do: a lip primer (Prep + Prime from MAC), a lip liner, a layer of lipstick, a thin layer of powder (translucent) and then a last layer. I did this with my MAC Viva Glam I for Thanksgiving and it lasted through eating and drinking.

The steps in the picture Mallory posted will definitely help. If you don't wanna do all that, line your lips with a lipliner close to the color of your lipstick of choice. Fill your lips totally in with the liner then apply your lipstick.
