How can my hair be curly?

I wanna make my hair curly but I can't braid it because of my layers and I'm trying not to use a curling iron or anything with heat. Anyone have another way?

A bun while ur hair is wet u could do one or multiple depending on how long ur hair is also try rollers or socks I hear those work two!:)

I have these foam curlers I use an I sleep in them!! The turn out really curly and nice:)
