Ideas For Seasonal Skin Changes?

Usually in the winter my skin is extra dry, so I was excited this summer when I started using BB cream. It's so moisturizing, I figured it would be great for the cold months... But since the temp has dropped, it's made my skin super oily! Are there any good winter worthy tinted moisturizers out there?
