Just wanted to know if I was the only one who struggles with hair every day I get frustrated that it just doesn't look right or my hair is not working. It is what I have the most problems with other then choosing every day outfits!

I dread doing my hair. I have naturally curly hair, but choose to straighten it daily. It has started to act better since I got pregnant, but I still hate drying it LoL...is thick and I have a lot of it...

I find doing my hair daily such a chore so try not to wash it daily as it does dry out your hair! Even then, my hair is long, coloured and pretty thick so takes an age to dry and style. I also hate the idea of using hair straighteners but its the only way to get my hair looking presentable!

I found that I used to have a hard time doing my hair for quite a while. I learned that my hair holds a lot of water (due to this my hair takes to color very well). However I found a comb made by goody which actually detangles and gets rid of the water. It used to take me a half hour to dry my hair, now it takes less than 6 minutes.

So due to that I've also had a lot of an easier time doing my hair and even keeping it healthier (strangely). http://m.target.com/p/goody-quikstyle-water-wicking-shower-comb/-/A-13906088

Angie, my hair is the same way. I think we all have those days where we get frustrated and just wanna give up and tie it in a pony tail. I don't know what products you use for shampoo and that kind of stuff, I used to use like Aussie, Herbal Essences, etc., and like Aussie mousses and stuff you get at like Kroger or whatever, but then I started using expensive salon stuff. Like Kenra Shampoos and conditioners, Eufora volume powder, Enjoy hair oil and professional stuff. And my hair has greatly improved. It used to be hay like and as you guys say, Lion King like. But now it's moisturized, way more manageable, and even the color is richer. Like I said, everyone has that problem. When you tie hair back and layers start to fall out, when bobby pins get loose, when your using an elastic band and it snaps! I think we've all had those moments(;

I hardly ever do anything with my hair. Even drying it is a chore. Its gotten better now that I bought a brush with sponge bristles that help absorb water. It takes much less time now but I still don't even want to bother with it lol. I have found that if I do put it in a ponytail while its damp it will curl/wave pretty nice, but I don't do that during the fall or winter much because I can't stand to have wet hair because it makes me so cold.

I have the same problems. My hair is extremely thin so I spend like 10 minutes back combing every day to make it actually look like I have some hair =S haha

I find it hard doing my hair too cause I hve really thick curly wavy hair and I always want to add heat but then I realise my hairs ganna burn and wont grow so I always do something at night like braid in twofrench braids for waves or put rollers in for curls

I always dream of being that girl who just brushes her and walks out the house or that girl who can put it up without a mirror and it always looks good . But then again I always tell myself you have to embrace your curls

Not anymore. I have a very annoying texture that's partially wavy/curly, partially straight...if I go to sleep on it wet it's an unholy disaster in the morning. Bottom line here is that I'm down to styling it only once (perhaps twice if I'm in the mood) a week using only 2 products...which granted, takes me an hour to do properly, but spending an hour and then 5 or 10 minutes for touchups if I'm really ambitious is liveable.
You've just got to figure out what works for you and what kind of time investment you can live with.
