I need eye shadows that are hyper pigmented 'cause I am very dark (NW50) and have dark eyelids. Even when I put primer and concealer over eyelids, drug store eyeshadows look super muddy barely visible. I've been converted from drug store brands for base, and now I think the same is gonna happen for eye shadow.
