I use a product called stickey by cnd it helps polish adhere for less chipping!

Try using a base coat and top coat along with the polish. OPI has base coats (and so do many drugstore brands), and I would recommend Seche Vite as a topcoat that will dry nails in minutes.

I find thick topcoats work best for keeping polish from chipping but otherwise its prone to chips(: Maybe apply an additional layer of topcoat once everyday or every other day? (:
