I personally dislike brow pencils. I use an eye brow powder kit. It makes your brows look much more natural and nice and clean too :)

Elf has an inexpensive eyebrow "kit" that you could try. I use eyebrow wax by Smashbox that I like.

I usually stick with powder for winter and pencil for summer. I do find the powder to be the most natural look for filling in my brows.

I like elf. its 3 dollars!!! it comes with powder and gel and an angle brush to get right where you want it. colors are limited so I will mix my mac gel eyeliner to get a darker brown. vice versa for more blonde tones.

I use both. I shape my brow with the pencil & fill in/even out with my powder. I like more of a semi dramatic brow, so it's perfect for me.

my brows are very fine and sparse so i tend to go for a more taupe or lighter brown so that it looks more natural, is there any good powders i should try out that are in my color range cause i know alot of em are dark.

I use a brow pencil (Anastasia Beverly Hills) to make the shape of my eyebrows and then use a power or even eyeshadow to fill them in
