Is it just me, or is your skin completely different in the winter?! And how do you deal?

Omg yes!! My skin is fairly oily naturally and I just got into skincare in 2012 and when it started getting cold... moisturizer, moisturizer, and oh yeah, moisturizer. My skin is a flaky biscuit. I can't wait for the weather to start heating up):
