I prefer powder. I absolutely LOVE Smashbox brow tech. Comes in a duo of the powder and a wax. The wax helps set the powder but it also helps tame crazy brow hairs. $24

I use pencil, wax, and powder due to scar tissue by both of my brows. It's the number one reasons I shape and fill in my brows. I use a Rimmel Pencil and I also use my Too Faced Brow Envy kit, I also have a ELF brow kit which personally, is just as good as the Too Faced one.

Anastasia Brow Wiz. It's slim, the colors are believable, it's retractable (can't stand fiddling with sharpeners), has a brush end, and it lasts for at least 18 months using it every single day. You can use a light hand for a natural look or go heavier if you're in the mood. It's $20, but it's freakin perfect.
