Ok so I am going on a cruse in a month and I would like skinnier thighs and a skinnier stomach any diet tips excersise tricks or what I should eat I am 14 so nothing that can affect my health please!:)

Ok so I'm 15 and something that can help and is healthy is to drink a glass of water before dinner to help fill you up. Then have a glass after to help flush through your system :) Pilates helps to, look up a video on YouTube and follow it :) hope that helps
