Ulta is bigger but I don't think cheaper. Ulta also has a LOT more than makeup like hair products.

Ulta has a larger variety of the same skincare brands sephora carries, I never buy makeup at either. I'm a Mac addict lol do both, why limit yourself

Sephora is my favorite. Ulta has never wowed me in any way. I only go there as a last resort or if I want real techniques brushes...which they only have like 2 in stock of anyway. Its never been a good experience for me there. The girls who work at mine are so rude, they ignore the whole time, even through checkout. That's unacceptable in my opinion, especially when I'm spending money.
