It's very real Kylee! Lots of people have done it. Shot glasses, deodorant lids, plastic bottles, bottle lids, you name it, someone's probably tried it! A lot of people have become bruised and have burst blood vessels from it, all in a quest to have bigger lips. A friend of mine did it and she had a ring of bruising around her mouth and a split bottom lip.
