I really want to own a Chanel classic flap bag, I think they are sooo cute! But the thing is, I want to look for a good site that allows me to make small monthly installments on a gentle used bag because I can't afford to pay everything upfront right now. What is a good site that allows me to make small, flexible payments? Thanks!

I don't think their are any sites... I would save a little bit each month and then when you reach the amount you need buy it then. It's the same thing as paying a little over time but you just don't get the bag yet.

You can try to look up consignment stores for designer handbags. the prices are still over 100 but well under original retail value. I'm sure you can I quite about payment installations.
