I need a foundation that will be good for skin that breaks out easily?

You should try looking into the IT cosmetics your skin but better CC cream! Even though it is not technically a foundation it is a cream that provides full coverage on the skin. I have acne prone skin and It really helped clear up my face! I barely break out anymore. I love it.

Clnique has foundations specifically for acne prone skin. They contain salicylic acid to help keep pores clear.
