I am a junior and have prom this year I have fair skin blue eyes with dark brown hair I bought a long black dress and silver heels I need help deciding what makeup to wear. I am open to every type of makeup look wether it's bold or neutral! I need help finding a lipstick color and a look for my eyes like a color

If anyone could give me ideas
