Hi guys! I'm new to this so sorry if this isn't how it works, lol, but I recently started a beauty channel on YouTube and I've been having so much fun with it but I just need some more ideas for what kind of videos I should do and what people would like to see! What videos do you like? What topics? Tutorials? Reviews? Etc.

I could be wrong but I think this is supposed to be in Intros & Promotions because you're promoting your channel.

As for your question, I've been doing a ton of tutorials on my channel lately because I've been really creative and inspired and my viewers seem to respond positively to tutorials. I think it depends on what content you like to produce as well. If you don't seem to be enjoying yourself in your video your viewers will notice and won't like the video even if it's content that they've asked for/regularly watch.
