Pretty much any shade lol.
Pale shades don't look as washed out or chalky and deep shades don't wash out a medium color as much either.

I like the MAC Lipglass in Angel, Cultered, Dreamy, Lust, Prrr, Snob

As for lipsticks. If you want a flesh toned nude try Peachstock.
If you want a more natural nude try either Faux or Kinda Sexy.

I think anything other than pale pinks and super pale nudes would be good! I have medium skin and those are the only colors I stay away from.
