Make a paste by mixing bakjng soda and water and brush your teeth for 5 minutes with that. Rinse and then brush your teeth with your normal toothpaste. Rinse. Floss. Use peroxide diluted with water as a mouthwash gargle it for 30 sec. Gargle plain water for 30 sec. Repeat with the peroxide. Then lastlg gargle the plain water again. You will be AMAZED.

Plus White 5 Minute speed whitening.
The one with the gel and the rinse.
Just keep up with it. I used it twice a week and by the 3rd application I really saw a difference. When I wore pastel pink (Saint Germain lipstick) my teeth didn't look yellow lol

I wouldn't suggest using baking soda and lemon for 5 minutes cuz it damaged the teeth nor peroxyde hydrogen (if you do , do it very carefully because it is dangerous) I've been searchih and studyig the home teeth whitenening , and miswak is good for the teeth it's extracted from a tree/plant ( it is not expensive) and oil pulling is quite good to whiten teeth.
if you wanna use baking soda and lemon just let it sit on your teeth for 1 or less minute and DO NOT brush your teeth after you did it.

Honestly I've tried everything to whiten my teeth, and I feel you, it is expensive. although whitestrips are pretty good, they're difficult to apply and wear comfortably. plus they're quite pricey. I've found that one a week, you should make a paste. bicarbonate of soda and lime juice. the citric acid reacts with the bicarbonate of soda and makes a fizzy paste. brush your teeth with this, and afterwards, if you need to, brush regularly. also, investing in some good whitening toothpaste is always a good idea. I use the crest 3d white brilliance and the crest 3d white whitening paste. the whitening paste isn't so much a toothpaste, more than like a brush on gel. speaking of, Do not use the blue led lights!! so bad for your teeth, trust me. hope this helped.??

I'll also suggest above mentioned tips
but make sure whenever you have soft drinks or coffee which stain our teeth try using a straw everytime if possible
it will lower the chances of getting your teeth stained and take small sips so that the liquid don't touch the teeth from behind
Try it you'll get the difference

I'd refrain from using any lemon, baking soda or peroxide. They pretty dangerous for your teeth, very harsh. I recommend using a whitening kit or something, it's much safer. Although, you do what you think is best for you.?
