Hi girls, can't make up my mind whether to purchase coastalscents or BH cosmetics eye pallets...does anyone here have both? any advice?

They're the same thing. From one of the same Chinese sellers you see on eBay. It really won't matter which one you buy. None of the 120 palettes are ~*special*~ I just got bhcosmetics one (which i hate lol) because I liked the packaging more.
