Hey guys! I'm on a budget and I have wanted to go a pastel blue for as long as I can remember. But, I couldn't because I was planning on shaving my head to fundraise for cancer in October of 2015. I did, so my hair is about an inch and a half long. I dyed my hair 4 years ago, so I'm not sure about how to do it anymore. Can you help me out on how to go about it? And what products to use? (Preferably stuff from Sally's)

I highly suggest going to a salon and getting your hair professionally done. You hair will have to be bleached to basically white and if that's done incorrectly (like if you tried to do it yourself) your hair would be completely damaged. I don't know how well in store pastel dyes would hold up, I imagine they'd wash out very quickly, but the salon I go to does crazy colors in a semi-permanent/permanent formula (I've had my blue for about 7 months now) so look for a salon that offers the same. Since you're doing all of your hair you'll have to keep up with your roots, which will again have to be bleached to no color and should be done professionally as well.

For pastels you will need to bleach to white and once you get the colour in it only stays about a week before needing redone but the key Is to get your hair to basically white before you add colour
