Cerave Lotion. It's quite lightweight, non-greasy and quite hydrating.
It's good for all skin types IMO.
Before tretinoin it worked good. If you have super dry skin I would recommend their moisturizing cream instead

Alba even advanced night cream!
Don't be fooled by the night cream part of it. It's amazingly moisturizing but dries sorta in a matte finish so it's perfect under makeup! My skin is combo too and I've noticed my skin a lot less oily and dry when I use it

The body shop seaweed day cream is made specifically for this problem. it moisturizes dry areas but mattifies oily areas.
