Eyeliner smudging crease crisis.

Basically, I wear gel eyeliner everyday, and I put it on on top of eye primer, on top of foundation, on top of face primer, and no matter what combination I use I always end up with these little lines on my crease (like the picture but 10x worse) even if I wait for the liner to dry before opening my eyes, or if I do a really thin line instead of a more bold one, it always happens.
Is there any technique I can use to stop it, because I hate the way it looks and feels and it drives me mental :(

This used to happen to me but then I started using a liquid eyeliner and once it dries it doesn't move. so mayb you can try that.

I use to my bother with liner because everything transferred to the hood of my eye. The only liner I've found that actually stays put and doesn't transfer is the Stila Stay All Day Liquid Liner. It's in a pen form so it's super easy to use and it seriously doesn't budge (:

Gel eyeliner never worked for me I love the elf liquid liner its amazing and stays dry all day I top it of with a nyx setting spray and it works amazingly
