As your eyes are quite light, I would use gold, bronze, cream shades or even pale pinks. I also have light eyes and love my Naked 3 palette and also the Benefit sets have great shadows which is also enjoy.

Try black and dark blues eyeliner to create camouflage to make eyes of same color
Use light eye-shadows like corals and pink for regular use
and for occasions try making it smokey with blues, gold, bronzes
and black
