Hii, I'm looking for a new foundation. This time I would really like to try a foundation with a smooth velvet finish. One that is not drying or too matte. Curently I'm using guerlain one with a really dewy finish. Its nice but sometimes too dewy for a certain look. Also I have combination skin. Dry on cheeks but oily on t-zone. So I hope for some suggestions on a nice foundation that gives a medium coverage with a smooth and velvet not too matte finish... Thanks!
