Which naked pallete will you recommend the most?

It depends on what your preference is. #1 is warm toned. #2 is cool-toned. #3 is rose-toned.

I hav fair skin with blue eyes. what would you think is best? I usually skin with more neutral looks.

Blue eyes look lovely with warm tones so I say 1.

The NAKEDS are all neutrals. So, you could wear any of them. The decision would be based on your preference. If you don't know what you prefer, I would probably suggest 3.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend Naked 3 unless you're ok spending a lot of money on a palette with only pink toned looks. For more variety I would choose Naked 1.
