Soak a cotton ball in nail polish remover, wrap it around your nail. Get aluminum foil & wrap that around everything on your finger. Keep the cotton ball & foil on for 5 minutes or so, when you take it off everything will be removed.

Use a cotton cloth soaked in nail polish remover and keep it on your nail for a couple mins, tap it on I guess, cover it so it doesn't evaporate then slide it off an It should come off

You can't just use any nail polish remover. You need 100% acetone.

Acetone helps it come off faster.
