I have very pigmented rosy lips so whenever I try to wear a light nude it picks up some of my lip color. Even with a lip liner it still doesn't appear as nude or light as I want it to. How can I dull out my natural lip color?

Powder or concealer on your lips will keep the lipstick on and will dull out any color. But rosy lips are beautiful!

Use whatever is left on your foundation brush after applying your foundation and run that over your lips (: I have pretty pigmented lips as well so I understand the frustration!

Elf has a lip primer plumper duo and the primer is white I use it every day to cover my natural lip color:) just apply it like lipstick and kind of rub or pat it to blend it well, then use your liner and lipstick over it!
