I get mine done professionally, something called HD Brows (uk). A general wax or pluck will only work around what you already have, so you may have to ask different salons to get one that can do a total reshape. Decide on a style, eg do you want them to look natural or do you want people to say 'ooh i like your eyebrows, who does them'. Getting them tinted will make them look thicker, and learn how to colour them in, iv tried powders, pencils, liquid liners. Also if you really do think they are too thin you could try a growth serum. From what i can see the shape of the right one looks nicest, but thats my personal opinion, and maybe just the angle of the photo.
