My favorite are the Kiss natural [pink box] at the drugstore, they look amazing and you can find them at Walmart for like $3
I use the black duo, apply a medium layer give it a minute to dry a bit then kind of drop it on the center of my lashes and pinch the ends together. If that makes sense.
Then I kind like lift my natural lash up from the bottom to blend the two more.

I also like the kiss natural and the black 4 glue
And a chip that I used when I was first starting out as I would actually cut the lashes in half and apply the front and then apply the back and I'm telling you it worked for me

Ardell and Duo lash glue!
Lashes aren't one size fits all, so be sure to cut yours to them to properly fit your eye. I use little manicure scissors to cut mine and I cut length and also width, because I have small eyes and it looks like my eyes are trying to fly away if I don't trim the length also.
I also recommend bending the lashes around a brush (or even a pen will work) to get them to curve to your eye better.
I like the Duo glue that has a brush applicator, just because I find the tube glues to be a mess and give too much glue. Once you apply your glue to the lashes, let it get a little tacky by waiting about 20-30 seconds before trying to apply. I use bobby pins, tweezers, and mainly my fingers to apply; but really you just have to practice and figure out what works for you.
I also curl my real lashes first, then apply the lashes and do a really quick curl to get them to blend together. After that, I do a super quick sweep of mascara (just a tiny bit, you don't want clumpy lashes!) to again, just blend my real lashes with the falsies.
